- The magnolia flowers in this installation appear to bloom and then die as time passes. Our inspiration comes from the Victorian era where they were consumed by an interest in flowers. Besides being romantic and nostalgic they are symbolically important to the Victorians who devised an entire ‘’language ‘’ of flowers.
The garden was a magical place and flowers were gifts of love and remembrance.
